Let’s Talk: Waves’ Surveys, Forms, and All That Good Stuff

As a staple in our relationship with our clients we have built in both surveys, proposals, a client correspondence portal, e-contracts, and more that will aid the process of working together. Our goal is that it go as smoothly as possible…. and be easy for you! Today we are giving a brief overview of what you can expect as we work and collaborate together.

“Getting to Know You” Survey

Nothing too lengthy here. This survey is asking for basic contact info, websites, vision for your project, and a place to upload and documents you may have for us like branding guidelines, etc.

Video Strategy Survey

For further development of the best way to work together, we have created a survey that will answer what we need to run an analysis on your videos’ current performance. We base this on multiple things such as direct competitors, your YouTube channel, and more. Then we run it through a powerful software to get data that in turn provides implementation suggestions. From there we can put together both a strategy and accurate concepts for video work together.

Online Proposal and Contract

Waves proposals, contracts, invoices, and other forms are all intuitive and nice to look at. We may send video samples and mood ideas for video concepts as well as anything legal for your review and reflection, e-signature if applicable, and more. And it’s all saved in one place for you to come back to later.

Review Us and Give Us Feedback!

At the end of every project our hope is to get feedback on how to better improve your experience, and (hopefully) continue our working relationship with you. Also we hope to get the word out to the world on what we offer. We generally ask clients to consider reviewing us on platforms like Facebook or Google.
